Welcome to Booqing ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our booking software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"). By signing up, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account to access the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We may change pricing with prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

• You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as needed to operate the platform.
• We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimer

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
